Orders received before 1pm are usually sent the same day by next working day courier. So if you ordered on Monday morning you should receive on Tuesday. Orders received after 1pm are sent the next day. So if you ordered on Monday afternoon it would be sent on Tuesday. We do not send or deliver on the weekends so orders placed over the weekend will be sent on Monday.

It is highly recommended to have an electrician install the light for you if you do not have experience. Ideally you would hard wire the light to your existing bathroom light circuit so that when you turn your bathroom lights on the mirror is also turned on. This would involve connecting a wire from the power connector on the back of the light to your bathroom light circuit box which would typically be in the ceiling.

IP44 means the light is protected against solids over 1mm (so for example an insect over 1mm could not get inside it) and liquid moisture or splashing. Level 4 splashing protection means it can withstand water splashing or spraying for up to 10 minutes.
